We are based in Stretford and keep our patch deliberately tight, so an engineer is never far away. If you are inside the M60, or south of it as far as Wilmslow, you are covered.

08About Northflow
Two engineers, one van, and a rule about phone calls.
Northflow started in 2012 with brothers Dan and Chris Mellor, one van, and a rule they still enforce: the phone gets answered by a person who can actually help. Fourteen years later there are nine engineers and four office staff, and the rule has not changed.
We stayed deliberately local. A tight patch means shorter travel, faster emergencies, and engineers who have usually worked your street before. It also means our reviews are written by our neighbours, which keeps everyone honest.
The trade has a reputation for vague quotes and vanishing acts. Our whole business is built on the opposite: one fixed figure, a named engineer, a job that ends with the paperwork done and the floor hoovered.
